"Never erase your past. It shapes who you are today and will help you to be the person you'll be tomorrow."

- Ziad K. Abdelnour.

By examining roles from our past, we can gain wisdom and guidance on how to best move forward.  Uncertainty abounds and it is difficult to remain grounded while making tough decisions, transitions, and changes.  Roles from our past such as our pre-pandemic or younger self; our family or friends; our transgenerational lineage; or historical figures hold reminders, resources, personal vows, and empowering messages that are there for the taking when you apply the power of psychodrama.

While we adjust to what we want our “New Normal” to look like we can build upon what we already know and possess.  A common trauma response is to forget. This robs us of nuggets of strength and resilience. Instead, we can use memories to identify internal and external resources that allow us to stay grounded during times of uncertainty.

Come learn how to use role reversal with clients while experiencing the process yourself. This in-person, strength-based group training offers professionals an opportunity to warm-up and explore what is next in their life, as well as, provide valuable psychodrama training.
