WINDOW OF TOLERANCE
The window of tolerance examines how clients can become over or under reactive when experiencing stress. Clients can easily spin into emotional dysregulation as they wrestle with expectations of self and others, perceived dangers, and ineffective defensive behavior patterns.
Come explore psychodrama and learn trauma-informed action methods in a safe community. This workshop will demonstrate ways to identify reactivity patterns and negative belief systems. It will also explore interventions that assist clients in expanding their window of tolerance and remain grounded when threat is perceived.
Join us for this creative, enjoyable and useful experience!

Curious about psychodrama?
Whether you use psychodramatic interventions daily, or have never experienced them, this workshop will help liven up your group and/or individual work with clients.
Psychodrama is a method of group psychotherapy in which a person enacts the problems and relevant events of their life.
Come learn the basics concepts of doubling, role reversal, and how to explore personal stories in action to facilitate long-lasting shifts in perception and affect.
Neuropsychology shows how trauma can be healed through embodied practices. Psychodrama has the capacity to restructure people's internal maps of their relationship to themselves and the world around them. Psychodrama’s rudimentary concepts and skills are quite powerful and can positively change the way you do therapy.
